1. Definitions

BVS Medya("we", "our", "the company") is a digital agency operating the website bvsmedya.com. BVS Social Manager ("the App") is a multi-brand publishing platform built and operated by BVS Medya. The App uploads pre-produced, doctor-reviewed long-form video content originating from the BVS editorial board across four content axes — Health (neurosurgery and spine surgery patient education, including the "Atlas Soruyor" series), Technology (artificial intelligence and digital health), Politics (geopolitical analysis) and Art (music production under the Doctor Zagor / BVS Records brand) — to the TikTok, YouTube and Meta accounts of partner brands in the BVS Doctors network (flagship clinical brands include Dr. Özgür Akşan, Beyinvesinir, Beyin Cerrahisi, Dr. Özgür Akşan Health Türkiye, BVS Doctors — with 25+ additional partner brands across the wider network). These Terms govern both your use of the bvsmedya.com website and the operation of the BVS Social Manager application.

2. BVS Social Manager — Scope and Use

BVS Social Manager is a multi-brand publishing platform used by partner brands within the BVS Doctors network. The App publishes content to social media accounts owned by partner brands that have signed an editorial-services agreement with BVS DOCTORS LTD and granted explicit OAuth authorisation to the App. New partner brands are onboarded by contacting [email protected]; the platform is not exposed to the public TikTok user base and does not collect data from end-viewers of the partner channels. Every video published through BVS Social Manager is human-reviewed and approved by the partner brand's authorised representative or an editorial-services member assigned to the partner. The App does not generate content automatically and does not publish content without human approval.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use bvsmedya.com only for lawful purposes. Sharing harmful, misleading or illegal content via our contact channels, attempting to access BVS Social Manager without authorization, or interfering with our infrastructure is prohibited.

4. TikTok Platform Compliance

BVS Social Manager operates in compliance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines. The App only posts content authored by the BVS editorial team. The App does not scrape, aggregate or resell TikTok user data. Privacy practices regarding TikTok data are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs and texts on bvsmedya.com belong to BVS Medya. The BVS Social Manager application source code, the "Atlas Soruyor" video series and all medical illustrations produced for it are the property of BVS Medya and BVS DOCTORS LTD. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

BVS Medya does not guarantee that bvsmedya.com or the BVS Social Manager application will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from third-party platform outages (TikTok, YouTube, Meta) or from changes to their APIs. Medical content published through the App is for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page. Material changes affecting BVS Social Manager API behavior will be communicated to authorized brand-owner accounts.
