BVS DOCTORS LTD is the operator of the BVS Social Manager application and the data controller for any personal data processed by the application within the meaning of the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Handles content production, clinical operations and partner collaborations within Türkiye on behalf of the operating company.

3. Editorial leadership & on-screen presenter

Dr. Özgür Akşan — practicing neurosurgeon based in İzmir, founder of the BVS ecosystem, editorial director and on-screen presenter of all video series published through BVS Social Manager. Editorial decisions, content review and final approval rest with Dr. Akşan or an authorized member of the BVS Medya editorial team.

4. Trade name and website

BVS Medya is the trade name under which the production studio operates. The website bvsmedya.com is published by BVS DOCTORS LTD.

5. Scope of activity

BVS DOCTORS LTD operates BVS Social Manager as a multi-brand publishing platform serving 30+ partner brands within the BVS Doctors network across four content axes — Health (neurosurgical disease education and spine surgery), Technology (AI and digital health), Politics (geopolitical analysis under the Lavrasya brand) and Art (music production under the Doctor Zagor / BVS Records brand). Each partner brand signs an editorial-services agreement with BVS DOCTORS LTD and authorises the platform via OAuth to publish to its own TikTok, YouTube, Meta and (forthcoming) LinkedIn accounts. New partner brands within the BVS Doctors network can be onboarded by contacting [email protected].

6. Authorisation and legal status

BVS DOCTORS LTD is a private limited company duly incorporated in England and Wales. BVS Doctors Sağlık ve Turizm İthalat İhracat Ltd. Şti. is duly incorporated in Türkiye and operates within the scope of its registered activity. Medical content published through the application is for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice or doctor-patient relationship.

7. Intellectual property

All content, logos, designs, the "Atlas Soruyor" series and all medical illustrations, music recordings and literary works produced by or for the BVS ecosystem are the property of BVS DOCTORS LTD, its Turkish operations partner, or Dr. Özgür Akşan, as applicable. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
