About BVS Social Manager
BVS Social Manageris a multi-brand publishing application operated by BVS Medya (bvsmedya.com) that uploads pre-produced, doctor-reviewed video content from Assoc. Prof. the BVS editorial board — neurosurgeon-led, AI-supported and public-affairs commentator and music producer — across four content axes: Health (neurosurgery and spine surgery patient education, including the "Atlas Soruyor" series), Technology (artificial intelligence and digital health), Politics (geopolitical analysis) and Art (music production under the Doctor Zagor / BVS Records brand). Content is published to the TikTok, YouTube and Meta accounts of five brands in the BVS portfolio of brands (Dr. Özgür Akşan, Beyinvesinir, Beyin Cerrahisi, Dr. Özgür Akşan Health Türkiye, BVS Doctors). This Privacy Policy explains what data BVS Social Manager and bvsmedya.com collect and how that data is used.
1. TikTok API Usage by BVS Social Manager
BVS Social Manager uses the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API solely to publish videos that have been produced and reviewed in advance by the BVS editorial team to the brand-owned TikTok accounts listed above. The app requests the scopes user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish. Data accessed via TikTok API (display_name, open_id, avatar_url) is used only to confirm the authenticated partner brand account inside the platform's editorial dashboard. We do not store TikTok user data in external databases, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it for advertising or analytics. You may revoke BVS Social Manager's authorization at any time from your TikTok account settings.
2. Data Collected on bvsmedya.com
On the public bvsmedya.com website we may collect name, email address and message content submitted via the contact form. Standard server access logs are kept for security purposes.
3. How Data Is Used
Data collected through the contact form is used solely to reply to your inquiry. Data accessed via TikTok API is used solely by BVS Social Manager for the publishing workflow described in section 1. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
4. Cookies
Our website may use cookies for basic functionality. You can disable cookies from your browser settings. BVS Social Manager itself does not set tracking cookies.
